The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, and ensuring that all stock control procedures and documentation are executed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in modern inventory practices and capable of maintaining optimum stock levels and proper records in a fast-paced medical supply environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage inventory operations, ensuring accuracy in stock levels

• Oversee inbound and outbound stock movement, storage, and documentation

• Implement and enforce effective stock control procedures

• Maintain clear records of goods received, issued, and returned

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the store

• Liaise with procurement and operations departments for timely stock replenishment

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry

• Proficiency in inventory management systems

• Strong understanding of stock control procedures and documentation

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
