🏪 We’re Hiring: Retail Store Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth store performance
• Drive sales and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Lead, train, and manage the store team
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, wastage, and shrinkage
• Ensure proper merchandising and an excellent customer experience
• Handle sales reporting, cash reconciliation, and operational compliance
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of experience in retail store management or operations
• Experience in FMCG, grocery, fresh produce, or consumer retail is preferred
• Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills
• Good understanding of inventory management and store profitability
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and POS/inventory management systems is a plus
