We’re looking for a Manager – Store to oversee our Home Textile Division, ensuring smooth inventory operations, precise documentation, and strong coordination between production and supply chain teams.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Oversee all store operations, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, accessories, and finished goods.
🔹 Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely ERP updates.
🔹 Implement robust inventory control systems to minimize wastage and discrepancies.
🔹 Coordinate closely with procurement, production, and planning teams for uninterrupted workflows.
🔹 Ensure compliance with company SOPs, audits, and reporting requirements.
🔹 Lead, train, and motivate store teams for maximum efficiency.
🔹 Monitor warehouse safety, space utilization, and housekeeping standards.
🔹 Support management with monthly stock reconciliations and audit preparations.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
✅ 5–8 years of experience in store or inventory management within the home textile or manufacturing sector.
✅ Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management tools.
✅ Excellent organisational, analytical, and leadership skills.
✅ A proactive, hands-on approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.
