Sr. Project Manager

Position: Sr. Project Manager

We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join our Project Department. The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with 7–8 years of proven experience in project management, BOQ preparation, and cost control.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree will be a plus).

Certification in Project Management (PMP/Primavera P6) will be preferred.

Required Experience:

Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.

Strong background in project costing, estimation, and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project execution from initiation to completion.

Prepare, review, and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQs).

Manage project budgets, cost estimation, and financial forecasting.

Monitor progress, prepare schedules, and ensure timely project delivery.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Provide regular progress and variance reports to management.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong command in BOQ preparation and costing.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.

Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and coordination abilities.
