The Team: The CRM Operations team at S&P Global is a dynamic and integral part of our revenue operations, focused on optimizing the lead-to-cash value chain. Responsibilities And Impact
- Actively contribute to enhancing the efficiency of CRM operational systems and processes, leveraging professional know-how to support organizational knowledge and skill development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising senior staff on complex CRM operational issues and guiding junior colleagues on best practices and operational processes.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to manage system enhancements, actively contributing to user stories, backlog prioritization, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements.
- Participate in strategic transformation initiatives within CRM operations, identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and scalability across the revenue lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with peers across various functions to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on strategic initiatives, effectively influencing immediate leadership and stakeholders.
- All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications:
- An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 5+ years of experience in CRM operations or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Lead-to-Cash value chain.
- Proven hands-on experience in reporting and analytics, with the ability to work with incomplete or conflicting data and identify options in non-routine situations.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with Technology teams on release cycles, user stories, backlog management, and UAT.
- Ability to engage with and influence peers and immediate leadership, coupled with effective stakeholder management skills.
