Sr. Cloud Architect

Description:

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' IT infrastructure and business processes to identify cloud adoption opportunities.
• Evaluate the suitability of different cloud platforms (public, private, hybrid) and recommend the best fit for clients' needs.
• Develop detailed migration plans, including risk assessments, data migration strategies, and application modernization plans.
• Oversee the execution of cloud migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to client operations.
• Continuously monitor and optimize cloud environments to ensure optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
• Develop and implement cloud governance frameworks to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
• Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures using industry-leading cloud platforms.
• Develop solution blueprints, including network diagrams, deployment plans, and data flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a strong understanding of major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proven track record of delivering successful cloud projects, including migrations, optimizations, and new deployments.
• Strong technical skills in virtualization, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
• Certifications related to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience with cloud-native technologies and architectures (e.g., microservices, serverless computing).
• Knowledge of data analytics and big data platforms is a major plus
