About the Role

EchoNet Services is looking for a skilled GHL & AI Automation Specialist with hands-on experience in GoHighLevel and AI-powered automation, preferably working with UK-based local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage GHL accounts, CRM pipelines, funnels, calendars, and forms.
Build automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and appointment booking.
Develop and configure AI Voice Agents and Conversation AI Agents.
Integrate SMS, email, WhatsApp, calling, and third-party tools.
Manage GHL snapshots, domains, and client accounts.
Troubleshoot automation issues and optimise system performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant communication and data protection requirements.

Requirements

6–12 months of practical GoHighLevel experience.
Experience working with UK-based local businesses.
Hands-on expertise in AI Voice Agents and Conversation AI.
Strong knowledge of CRM automation, workflows, and integrations.
Familiarity with Zapier, Make, n8n, Vapi, or Retell AI is a plus.
Good English communication and problem-solving skills.
