At eZhire, we're looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI solutions that power both our customer-facing products and internal engineering operations.

This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of Agentic AI, autonomous software engineering, and enterprise AI platforms.

What You'll Do

✅ Design and build production-grade AI applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.

✅ Develop autonomous AI agents with planning, reasoning, memory, tool calling, and multi-agent orchestration.

✅ Build AI-driven SDLC workflows that automate business analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, deployment, and operational support.

✅ Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using enterprise knowledge bases and vector databases.

✅ Integrate AI systems with Git, CI/CD pipelines, project management tools, enterprise applications, and third-party services.

✅ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Operations teams to deliver impactful AI initiatives.

✅ Research emerging AI technologies and drive innovation across the organization.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python.

✔ Strong experience building production AI/LLM applications.

✔ Hands-on expertise with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar.

✔ Experience building RAG architectures using vector databases like FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.

✔ Strong knowledge of OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, prompt engineering, structured outputs, and tool/function calling.

✔ Experience with FastAPI, Django REST Framework, or Flask.

✔ Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and MLOps practices.
