Team Ruthless is a competitive esports organization focused on growth, performance, and building a strong brand within the gaming industry. We’re expanding our commercial efforts and looking for a team member who can help us build lasting partnerships with brands that align with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure sponsorships and brand partnerships.
• Develop and present partnership proposals and pitch decks.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships and activations.
• Track and report on partnership performance.
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and events teams to execute deliverables.

Requirements:

• Freshies or 1+ years of experience in sponsorships, partnerships, or business development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of the esports and gaming landscape.
• Existing network in gaming, tech, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
