Sourcing Manager

Dazzle is a premium Pakistani women’s footwear brand known for category innovation, craftsmanship, and expansion across multiple product lines.

With our first-ever retail store at Dolmen Mall Lahore and an expanding retail footprint ahead, we are growing our product categories—and we’re looking for someone who can build and own the supply chain behind that growth.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Category Development

Identify, develop, and onboard the right factories and vendors for new and existing product categories.

• Vendor Development

Build long-term factory relationships while ensuring consistent quality, capacity, costing, and delivery performance.

• Product Funnel Management

Own and maintain an accurate product funnel from initial development through sampling, production, and final delivery.

• OTIF — On Time, In Full

Own OTIF as a core KPI across sourcing activities. For this role, OTIF is non-negotiable.

• Supply Chain Coordination

Align factories, production timelines, and quality standards to ensure products are launched on time and at the required standard.

• Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with R&D on product development, QC on quality standards, and Finance on costing and commercial viability.

• Analytics & Reporting

Build and maintain sourcing dashboards, track vendor performance, identify bottlenecks, and use data to drive sourcing decisions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or supply chain within the footwear industry

• Strong understanding of vendor development and factory management in a local production environment

• Hands-on experience managing product funnels, sourcing reports, and production timelines

• Someone who treats OTIF as a non-negotiable, not a target

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards

• Excellent coordination skills across design, production, quality, and finance

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to push vendors, solve bottlenecks, and deliver results

• Based in Lahore
