Description:
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Solar Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their energy requirements, presenting suitable solar solutions, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce solar energy solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
- Understand customers’ electricity consumption and requirements to recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain solar systems, including solar panels, hybrid inverters, lithium batteries, and related products.
- Prepare and communicate quotations and basic system information to potential customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings/site surveys for qualified customers with the relevant sales or technical team.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer status.
- Handle customer questions professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Stay updated on solar products, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of Solar telesales, Solar telemarketing, or Solar sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive telephone communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic understanding of solar energy and electrical products is an advantage.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
