🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients for solar energy solutions

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales through professional consultation and closing techniques

• Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities

• Educate customers on solar products, benefits, ROI, and cost savings

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

 

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar Energy System Sales (Required)

• Proven track record of closing sales and lead conversion

• Strong knowledge of solar systems and sales processes

• Experience in cold calling, negotiation, and client management

• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Preferred)
