This role is perfect for a creative, data-savvy, and growth-oriented professional who’s passionate about digital storytelling and community engagement within the design and construction space.

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will own and lead the strategy to elevate the Technoxarc brand across digital platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more. From creating compelling content to analyzing campaign performance, your work will directly impact the firm’s online visibility, audience engagement, and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design and share engaging visuals showcasing projects, behind-the-scenes moments, industry trends, and more.

• Strategy & Growth: Create and implement campaigns aimed at increasing followers, engagement, and qualified leads.

• Community Building: Respond to messages and comments, collaborate with influencers, and highlight client success stories.

• Analytics: Monitor KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) and refine strategies for optimal performance.

• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers and project teams to communicate Technoxarc’s strengths and ongoing work.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management.

• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Manager, and social media scheduling platforms.

• Strong copywriting skills – able to make architecture and construction content interesting and engaging.

• Analytical mindset – enjoy A/B testing, performance tracking, and data-driven improvements.

• Passion for or willingness to learn the design and construction industry.
