Social Media Manager

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Faisalabad. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish engaging content across HOMELO’s social media platforms to build brand awareness, drive traffic, and support sales. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media content calendars, coordinating product-focused campaigns, and optimizing posts for reach and engagement. The role involves monitoring social channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and collaborating with marketing, sales teams to align content with business goals. The Social Media Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements based on data and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts on major platforms.
• Proficiency in Communication and Writing, including clear, engaging copy tailored to diverse online audiences.
• Ability to develop and execute a Content Strategy aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with basic design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Capcut) and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• Experience analyzing social media metrics and using insights to refine campaigns and content.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 Year experinence is a must.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or home décor/furniture brands is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
