Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy: Design, build, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube) specifically tailored for health and wellness clients.
- Compliance Management: Navigate Google’s strict health/medical policies expertly to ensure ad accounts remain stable and active.
- Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and monitor advanced GA4 tracking, conversion actions, and attribution models.
- Optimization & Scaling: Continuously test ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and lower CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
- Reporting: Deliver clear, transparent weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads in the health, medical, supplement, or wellness niche.
- Deep understanding of Google’s policy guidelines regarding healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
- Strong command of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and data studio reporting.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics.
