The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, creating, and executing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing and publishing engaging posts, short videos, and stories, and managing community interactions through comments, messages, and replies. The specialist will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on data insights, and collaborate with the broader marketing team to align social media efforts with overall digital strategy. The role also involves staying up to date with platform trends, experimenting with new formats, and ensuring brand voice and visual identity are consistent across all channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing to develop engaging, brand-aligned content and support broader marketing initiatives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, engage online communities, and present performance reports clearly.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, scheduling platforms, and basic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools) is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines consistently.
