Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Collaborate with the team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
• Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Creative Associate, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
