Comments Fusion is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Intern who can manage, grow, and engage audiences across platforms — and craft eye-catching short videos that tell a story.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow engagement across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Brainstorm and create content ideas that fit brand goals and current trends.
• Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts).
• Analyze engagement metrics and suggest creative strategies for improvement.
• Collaborate with the design and media team to execute content campaigns.
• Stay updated with trending topics, hashtags, and viral challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for social media, creativity, and storytelling.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, InShot, or Adobe Premiere).
• Understanding of audience engagement and platform algorithms.
• Strong communication and idea-generation skills.
• Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh perspectives.
• Self-motivated, consistent, and ready to learn.
