Raast Solutions is looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid advertising and growth initiatives.

This is a senior-level position for someone who has a proven track record of managing significant advertising budgets, scaling campaigns, generating revenue, and turning paid traffic into measurable business growth.

This is NOT a junior or general digital marketing role.

We are specifically looking for a Paid Ads expert and business growth professional who has hands-on experience managing substantial advertising budgets and scaling businesses from the early stages to significant revenue.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Paid Advertising / Growth Marketing.
• Expert-level experience with:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• Proven experience managing $100,000+ in cumulative or substantial advertising spend.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, LTV, conversion rates, attribution, and campaign profitability.
• Proven ability to scale paid campaigns while maintaining or improving profitability.
• Experience taking campaigns/businesses from initial launch to meaningful revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of monetization and revenue-generation strategies.
• Experience in Business Development and identifying new growth opportunities.
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and priorities.
• Experience developing and executing complete customer acquisition and growth strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and be accountable for measurable business results.
