This isn’t just a “make pretty posts” role. You’ll create sales-driven Reels, TikToks, UGC-style videos, hooks, scripts, product content and social creatives designed to grab attention and turn views into customers.
If you naturally understand TikTok culture, Instagram Reels, trends, memes, hooks, storytelling and internet behavior - you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Create short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube Shorts
- Develop content specifically focused on sales, conversions and brand growth
- Come up with scroll-stopping hooks, concepts, scripts and CTAs
- Create UGC-style, product-focused and promotional videos
- Research trending sounds, formats, memes and content styles
- Turn products/services into content people actually want to watch
- Create content around offers, launches, campaigns and promotions
- Work with the marketing and performance ads team to create high-converting creatives
- Analyze content performance and identify what gets views, engagement and sales
- Continuously experiment with new formats and creative ideas
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Gen-Z internet culture & social media
- Naturally creative and constantly coming up with content ideas
- Comfortable creating or appearing in short-form videos
- Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok, hooks and viral content
- Good communication and storytelling skills
- Comfortable using CapCut or similar editing tools
- Ability to write engaging captions, scripts and CTAs
- Understands the difference between content that gets views and content that gets sales
- Fast learner who keeps up with trends before they become outdated
- Previous content creation, UGC, social media or sales-content experience is a plus
