Social Media Expert

Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Expert with 1 to 1.5 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our social media presence, create engaging content, run campaigns, and analyze performance to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and campaign ideas.

Manage daily posting schedules and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads preferred).

Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

Track insights and performance metrics; prepare basic reports.

Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Coordinate with design and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Manage brand reputation and respond professionally to audience queries.

What We’re Looking For:

1 to 1.5 years of professional experience as a Social Media Expert / Executive.

Strong understanding of major social media platforms.

Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager.

Working knowledge of tools like Canva.

Understanding of engagement, reach, and performance metrics.

Good written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or related field preferred.
