This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can create content, manage social media, generate leads and turn property listings into engaging digital campaigns.

 

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📱 Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & other social media platforms

 

🎥 Create engaging Reels, property videos, stories, posts and promotional content

 

📸 Arrange and coordinate property photography & videography

 

🏠 Promote property listings, projects, developments and company activities

 

📲 Handle social media messages, inquiries, and potential client leads

 

🎯 Assist in generating quality real estate leads through social media

 

📢 Assist with Facebook/Instagram paid advertising & digital campaigns

 

📅 Prepare and maintain a regular social media content calendar

 

📊 Monitor reach, engagement, leads and overall social media performance

 

💡 Bring fresh, creative and trending ideas to improve our online presence

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

✔ Male/Female candidates are encouraged to apply

✔ Previous experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing

✔ Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn

✔ Experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or similar tools

✔ Basic photography, videography and video-editing skills

✔ Good communication and content-writing skills

✔ Creative, confident, proactive and responsible personality

✔ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

💻 Candidate must have their own laptop for work

🏠 Previous experience in Real Estate Marketing will be an advantage
