Description:
The Site Supervisor will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to design, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of proven experience in supervising civil construction projects, along with a DAE or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure timely completion of work.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material usage logs.
- Verify and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship at every stage of the project.
- Monitor and control resource utilization including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Resolve on-site technical issues promptly in coordination with the project engineer.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols.
- Assist in planning and scheduling construction activities and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors when required for smooth project execution.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: DAE (Civil) or B.E in Civil Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in site supervision for civil construction projects (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial works).
- Technical Skills:
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
