Site Supervisor

Description:

We are hiring Site Supervisor (Interior Designer/Architecture Designer) at Falaknaz Group Of Companies (KARACHI). 

Key Responsibilities:

. Supervise daily site work and ensure tasks are completed as per drawings.
. Measure quantities and update BOQs regularly.
. Verify contractor bills and work completion.
. Monitor material usage and prevent wastage.
. Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management.
. Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
Requirements:
. Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Technology or relevant field.
. 1–3 years’ experience in site supervision / quantity surveying.
. Ability to read drawings and measure quantities.
. Good communication and reporting skills.
. Strong attention to detail.
