Description:

Encyphers is looking for a Shopify App Developer to join their fast-paced team that builds premium digital experiences for high-growth eCommerce brands. In this role, you will work on crafting scalable and high-performance apps for Shopify merchants worldwide. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious Software Engineer or Associate Software Engineer with a solid background in JavaScript and a willingness to learn modern tools like Remix.

Key Responsibilities:

• App Development:
  Build and maintain custom Shopify public/private apps.

• Collaboration:
  Work closely with cross-functional teams to convert ideas into reliable tools.

• API Integration:
  Use REST and GraphQL APIs to integrate third-party services.

• Modern Development:
  Embrace tools like Remix, Node.js, and React to build and improve Shopify apps.

• Code Quality:
  Write clean, modular code and follow best practices.

• Learning & Adaptation:
  Stay up to date with the evolving Shopify ecosystem and learn quickly.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with REST APIs.

• Learning: Willingness to learn Remix and Shopify app architecture.

• Problem Solving: Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Hands-on experience with Remix.

• Experience with Node.js and React.

• Knowledge of Shopify API (Admin, Storefront) or Liquid.

• Exposure to TypeScript, GraphQL, or other backend technologies.

• Experience building SaaS or eCommerce tools.
