Description:

This is a full-time, on-site SEO Specialist role based in Lahore, preferably someone with 2–3 years of experience, ideally in healthcare. The main focus for this role will be both SEO strategy and execution, especially off-page SEO, where they can build and optimize doctor profiles on different medical and local directories to help improve our doctors’ online rankings and visibility.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Keyword research and competitor analysis
• On-page SEO optimization
• Off-page SEO and backlink strategy
• Technical SEO audits and issue resolution
• Google Business Profile (GMB) management and optimization
• Local SEO optimization
• SEO performance tracking and reporting
• Developing and executing SEO growth strategies

🔹 Requirements:

• Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
• Experience with GMB / Local SEO
• Knowledge of AI Search Optimization (SGE/AI-driven search visibility)
• Experience with Schema Markup implementation
• Ability to monitor and adapt to Google algorithm updates
• Understanding of USA healthcare market and healthcare SEO compliance
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
