🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce visually striking content for high-end real estate, luxury lifestyle, and hospitality campaigns
- Create walkthroughs, promotional films, short-form social media content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and cinematic edits
- Develop 2D animation sequences, including logo animations, explainer elements, kinetic typography, and visual effects
- Ensure all videos maintain a cohesive, elegant visual style aligned with the Faisal Town brand
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and design teams to turn creative concepts into finished visual pieces
- Integrate AI tools into your editing pipeline to streamline and enhance production workflows
🛠️ Tools & Software Expertise (Preferred):
- Adobe After Effects – for 2D animations, motion graphics, and compositing
- Adobe Premiere Pro – primary timeline editing
- CapCut Pro – quick, mobile-first content creation
- DaVinci Resolve – colour grading and advanced post-production
- Final Cut Pro X – Mac-based editing (optional)
- Blender (for basic motion graphics) – bonus skill
- Runway ML, Pika, Adobe Firefly – for generative AI-based video workflows
- Canva Pro / Adobe Express – for fast content repurposing or basic brand overlays
💡 You Bring:
- 4-5 years of hands-on video editing experience, preferably within real estate, architecture, or luxury-focused brands
- Aesthetic sensibility aligned with premium and high net worth audiences & Gen Z.
- A strong understanding of platform-specific video trends and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
- Passion for visual storytelling, trend-spotting, and experimenting with new creative tools
