Senior Sales Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our experienced team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the solar industry and a proven ability to convert leads into successful sales.

This role requires individuals who are confident communicators, results-driven, and capable of building strong relationships with potential clients while effectively presenting solar energy solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in solar energy solutions.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales through professional consultation and closing techniques.
  • Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Educate customers about solar products, benefits, and financial savings.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in the solar industry (sales/business development).
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing sales and converting leads.
  • Strong knowledge of solar systems, products, and the solar sales process.
  • Experience with cold calling, client handling, and sales negotiation.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
