As a Senior Research Analyst, you will lead research efforts, manage expert recruitment, and support project execution. You’ll also play a vital role in mentoring junior team members, training new hires, and assisting the team lead in achieving key targets.

• Lead and manage research projects, ensuring high-quality execution
• Mentor junior analysts and assist with their professional development
• Train and onboard new team members
• Support the Team Lead in meeting project KPIs and team goals
• Identify and recruit top industry experts for client consultations
• Analyze market, consumer, and competitor data to deliver actionable insights
• Ensure quality control in expert profiling and consultation deliverables
• Build and maintain a strong expert network across various industries
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• 🎯 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in market research, expert networks, or a similar role (mendatory)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other research tools is a plus
