Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QS and project coordination.
• Strong understanding of project management principles.
• Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender documentation.
• Familiarity with construction contracts (FIDIC expertise preferred).
• Hands-on experience in preparation of large-scale project tenders, including both Technical and Financial Bids.
• Skilled in preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), Variations (VOs), Escalation claims, and contract administration.
• Proficient in Primavera (P6) for project scheduling and progress monitoring.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Lead the preparation of large-scale project tenders (Technical & Financial).
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress using Primavera scheduling.
• Liaise effectively between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and management.
• Administer construction contracts in line with FIDIC standards, including handling IPCs, VOs, and escalation claims.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
• Support procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor management.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
