Description:
Raaz Developers is looking for an energetic and tech-savvy Civil Engineer to oversee on-site construction for our ongoing multi-story commercial plaza/tower project in New City, while managing digital progress updates.
Salary: around PKR 50,000 / month
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Supervise daily on-site civil works, ensuring contractor execution aligns with structural drawings, safety standards, and project schedules.
- Quality & Material Control: Inspect incoming construction materials (concrete, rebar, masonry), monitor testing, and ensure quality compliance.
- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, track milestone progress, and coordinate directly with senior management and sub-contractors.
- AI Visuals & Content Creation: Generate realistic AI-assisted architectural/construction concept images and 3D development renders using tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or similar software.
- Social Media Updates: Capture real-time site photos/videos, combine them with generated project visuals, and publish regular development updates across official social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Requirements
- Education: B.Sc. / B.E. in Civil Engineering (or DAE Civil with strong site execution experience).
- Experience: Fresh graduates to 1–2 years of hands-on site experience in commercial buildings, plazas, or high-rise structures.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with site execution, bar bending schedules, and reading architectural/structural drawings.
- Digital & AI Skills: Working knowledge of generative AI image tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT/DALL·E, Leonardo AI, Canva, etc.) for marketing and architectural mockups.
- Location: Must be able to commute daily to the project site in New City, Islamabad.
