About the Role
Vapor VM is seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives, drive delivery excellence, and ensure successful project execution across diverse client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of multiple IT projects and programs
• Align project outcomes with business objectives and client expectations
• Establish project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, and performance metrics
• Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate executive-level communications
• Lead cross-functional teams including Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, and DevOps professionals
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence
• Monitor KPIs, project health indicators, and delivery performance metrics
• Manage project budgets, resource planning, forecasting, and utilization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
• Support business growth through effective client engagement and delivery success
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience managing software development, digital transformation, cloud, or managed services projects
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be considered a plus
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
