Description:
Scraperrs is looking for a hands-on, technically capable Sr. Project Manager to manage 6–7 ongoing web, mobile, and digital projects with speed, accountability, and precision.
This role is ideal for someone who has led tech teams, delivered multiple projects in parallel, and understands the importance of quality, timelines, and technical depth. The Sr. Project Manager will lead the Technical Project Leads, manage team bandwidth, and enforce strong delivery and QA mechanisms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring project timelines are met, blockers are resolved quickly, and every project is delivered smoothly from brief to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 6 to 7 concurrent technology projects end-to-end with full responsibility for output and deadlines
- Assign Technical Project Leads and oversee the delivery lifecycle of each project
- Monitor development progress, identify risks, and maintain accountability at every level
- Set up and enforce QA, code review, and internal audit workflows
- Align with Business and Account Teams for accurate handover and briefing
- Conduct regular team standups, progress reviews, and delivery retrospectives
- Establish and enforce a reward system tied to flawless and timely project delivery
- Track performance, productivity, and delivery timelines using tools like Jira, Asana, or ClickUp
- Maintain clear documentation, reporting dashboards, and delivery performance metrics
- Drive a lean, performance-oriented culture across the technical team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software delivery, technical project management, or engineering operations
- Strong technical background — must understand code, tech architecture, and delivery logic
- Experience leading developers, QA teams, and technical resources
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously with clarity and structure
- Fluent in English and excellent in professional communication
- Familiar with project and code tracking tools (Git, Jira, SonarQube, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong grip on delivery metrics, documentation practices, and technical planning
