Study Abroad Counsellor

We are hiring a Lead Counsellor and a Senior Counsellor for full-time, on-site roles at our Lahore office (DHA Phase 5). Both roles look after clients across study abroad, immigration, visas and global career pathways. Day to day, you will conduct detailed consultations, assess client profiles and recommend suitable academic programmes and countries. Immigration and visa files are prepared with our licensed RCIC, who provides all immigration advice. You will guide clients through application processes, documentation requirements and timelines, ensuring accurate information and compliant practices. You will also help run the Lahore branch day to day, lead team meetings, support and train junior counsellors, and ensure consistent service standards and client satisfaction. Both roles collaborate with internal teams to stay current on international education trends, visa regulations and career planning, while contributing to process improvements and client outreach.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in study abroad counselling or immigration consulting, with the ability to explain complex pathways clearly to clients

- Strong client relationship management, consultation and communication skills, including active listening and handling client concerns professionally

- Experience leading or mentoring counselling teams, with skills in supervision, training, performance feedback and quality assurance

- Ability to research and stay current on international education systems, admission requirements, scholarship opportunities and global labour market trends

- Proficiency in using digital tools and AI-supported platforms for client management, documentation tracking and communication

- Excellent spoken and written English; Urdu or Punjabi is an asset for client engagement in Lahore

- Bachelor's degree in Counselling, Education, Psychology, Business or a related field; certifications in career counselling or immigration consulting are an advantage

- Proven organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- High ethical standards, attention to detail and commitment to non-discriminatory, client-centred guidance
