Senior Product Manager

Description:

We’re looking for a senior, technically strong Product Manager — someone who can shape product strategy, work closely with customers, and lead delivery. You’ll bridge the gap between business, clients, and engineering — ensuring every release delivers measurable impact.

You’ll also hire and lead a team of Customer Success Executives, ensuring clients get maximum value from Arez.io while feeding their feedback directly into product development. This role offers a clear path into product and people leadership as Arez.io scales.

What You’ll Do

• Own and Evolve the Product Roadmap: Define product strategy and priorities with leadership.
• Translate Vision into Delivery: Turn customer feedback and business needs into clear specs and user stories.
• Work Closely with Customers: Run discovery sessions, understand challenges, and shape the product to deliver real operational improvements.
• Hire & Lead Customer Success Team: Build and manage a small team to drive adoption, support clients, and capture feedback.
• Lead Delivery with Engineering: Partner with dev teams to deliver features smoothly and on time.
• Champion the User: Embed user needs into design, testing, and validation.
• Drive Product Outcomes: Use data and insights to refine features and inform long-term product direction.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ product management experience, ideally with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Strong communicator able to explain complex ideas.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end: from strategy to execution and iteration.
• Experience engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SaaS, Agile practices, and user-centred design.
• Leadership mindset, with experience in building or mentoring teams.
