Description:
We are looking for a Product Manager – Country Expansion to lead the successful launch of our investment platform into new international markets. In this role, you will own the end-to-end localization of our core product, ensuring it meets regulatory requirements, integrates with local financial infrastructure, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
You will work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Business Development teams to build scalable solutions that support global expansion while maintaining a consistent product experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for launching new international markets.
- Lead product localization from market assessment through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate local partners, including KYC providers, payment gateways, custodians, and brokerage platforms.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure products meet local regulatory and financial requirements.
- Design and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, risk profiling, account funding, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and regional stakeholders to deliver launches on schedule.
- Manage country-specific product requirements such as tax reporting, currency support, and local payment methods.
- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and conversion metrics to drive continuous improvements.
- Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to prioritize enhancements and support product-market fit.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of Product Management experience in FinTech, Wealth Tech, Digital Banking, or Payments.
- Proven experience launching financial products across multiple international markets.
- Strong understanding of APIs, financial systems, trade settlement, custody, and payment infrastructure.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform product decisions.
- Deep understanding of customer experience and product usability.
- Experience managing localization, regulatory, or market expansion initiatives is highly preferred.
