📋 Role Overview & Requirements:
Position: Senior Manager / Manager HR

Industry: Food Manufacturing

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Experience: 5 to 7 years of core HR experience (Experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector is highly preferred).

Education: MBA/MS in HR from a Tier 1 University like IBA, CBM, SZABIST preferred.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement robust HR strategies across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Foster a high-performance culture and maintain smooth industrial relations/factory-level compliance if required.

Partner with department heads to bridge capability gaps and drive organisational development.
