HR Generalist

Description:

Sunbonn is hiring an *HR generalist* with 2 to 3 years of experience to support recruitment, HR operations, performance management, and HRMS/HR automation at Sunbonn, a software and IT company.

Location: *Karachi* (Onsite Role)

What you'll do:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offers

Handle onboarding, employee lifecycle activities, and HR documentation

Maintain HRMS records, attendance and leave, and generate HR reports

Support goal setting and performance review cycles

Assist with HR workflow automation and payroll data coordination

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration

Hands-on experience with HRMS or HR automation tools

Strong command of MS Excel and MS Office

Good understanding of HR policies and the employee
