HR Manager

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:
We are looking for an experienced, results-driven HR Manager to oversee our complete Human Resources function. In this role, you will take full ownership of leading the HR team, managing end-to-end recruitment, driving HR operations, and building a strong workplace culture from recruitment to payroll.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Lead and manage the HR team and daily HR operations.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Manage payroll, attendance, leaves, and employee records.
• Drive HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Handle workplace concerns, employee relations, and ensure smooth coordination between HR and all departments.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll processing, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in an IT firm is preferred.

• Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM)
