Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and mentor the hardware and embedded systems team.

* Oversee the design and development of 32-bit processor systems, including debugging.

* Develop and optimize firmware using bare-metal applications and C/C++.

* Prepare comprehensive documentation for designs, processes, and projects.

* Drive high-speed board designs featuring interfaces such as PCI/PCI-E, USB, and Ethernet.

* Ensure high-speed PCB design and functional verification using industry-standard tools.

Required Skills:

* Proven expertise in Hardware Design Engineering and Embedded Systems.

* Demonstrated leadership experience in managing hardware/embedded design teams.

* Proficiency in System Design, Debugging, and Firmware Development.

* Advanced skills in high-speed interfaces and PCB layout.

* Proficiency in tools like HyperLynx, Altium, Ansys, and C/C++.

*Strong documentation and reporting skills.
