Senior Manager Corporate Sales

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced "Senior Manager Corporate Sales" to lead our corporate sales and drive new revenue streams, particularly within the insurance and Health sector and new collaborations with Multinational companies. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a successful track record in corporate sales.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.

2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the insurance and Health sector, leveraging existing industry knowledge.

 

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

 

4. Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.

 

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

 

6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

 

7. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients.

 

8. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations.

 

9. Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the insurance and Health sector.

 

2. Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.

 

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.

 

4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

 

5. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team.
