Milele Tech is seeking a dynamic and high-performing Senior Manager / Director Sales to lead revenue growth across ERP solutions, application development, BI services, and enterprise IT offerings. If you are passionate about closing deals, building client relationships, and leading sales strategy — we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP, application development, BI, and related services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, events, and industry connections.
Grow business across manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare, and finance sectors.
Own the complete sales lifecycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to design tailored solutions for clients.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs, deliver presentations, and drive contract negotiations.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Stay updated on SAP & Oracle product updates, licensing, and competitors.
Represent Milele Tech at conferences, industry forums, and webinars.
Provide leadership support to the sales team when required.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
5–8 years of B2B enterprise sales experience in ERP & enterprise IT services
Strong knowledge of SAP, Oracle, BI tools, and application development services
Solid understanding of enterprise professional services market
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP platforms, and MS Office tools
Team leadership skills and solution-focused mindset
