Responsibilities And Impact
- Assist in the organization and categorization of data assets within the data catalog.
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of the data catalog, defining functionalities and ensuring alignment with overall data governance goals.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of metadata across all data entries.
- Promote data discoverability and machine readability to enhance data usability.
- Collaborate with data scientists, business stewards, and technical data stewards to ensure requirements are met for data catalog integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve data catalog standards.
- Support the development and implementation of data catalog policies and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions to educate stakeholders on data catalog functionalities and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Data Management, Knowledge Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
