Senior Key Account Manager

Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Client Servicing Lead to manage our client servicing team and ensure smooth communication between clients and the creative department.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise client servicing executives

- Manage client communication & task follow-ups

- Coordinate with creative and design teams

- Ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction

- Prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in client servicing or account management (agency preferred)

- Strong communication & organization skills

- Familiar with Google Sheets / ClickUp / Canva / Drive

- Location: Lahore (on-site)
