We are hiring a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our HR strategy, recruitment, and employee performance functions. This role requires deep knowledge of HR best practices and strong leadership capabilities to support our growing team.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and policies
• Design, update, and maintain job descriptions across all departments
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding efforts
• Implement and manage employee performance evaluation processes
• Support the sales team in performance and engagement activities
• Ensure HR operations run smoothly (excluding legal aspects)

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field
🧠 Proven senior-level HR leadership experience

🗂 Strong organizational, planning, and conflict resolution skills
📣 Excellent communication and team management capabilities
