Senior Google Ads

Description:

MealApp is looking for a highly experienced Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our team full-time and lead our paid acquisition strategy.

This is not a basic Google Ads role. We are looking for someone who can analyze competitors, identify growth opportunities, and build high-performing campaigns that generate restaurant partners, customer orders, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen.

* Perform in-depth competitor analysis (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Takeaway.com, TheFork, Zenchef, Wolt, and other Horeca platforms).

* Research and target high-intent keywords related to restaurants, Horeca, food delivery, takeaway, table reservations, supermarkets, and local food services.

* Create highly optimized campaigns to acquire restaurant partners and increase customer orders.

* Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS while reducing CPA and CPC.

* Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, creatives, and audience targeting.

* Monitor conversion tracking, attribution, and campaign performance.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to improve landing pages and conversion rates.

* Stay ahead of Google Ads updates, competitor strategies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

* 5+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

* Advanced knowledge of Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube Ads.

* Strong experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

* Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.

* Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.

* Experience managing high-budget Google Ads accounts is a plus.
