Senior Finance Manager

Description:

We are a well-established and growing construction company in Pakistan, engaged in delivering Industrial, commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire a “Senior Finance Manager” with a strong foundation in accounting and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and cash flows.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies (FBR, SECP).
• Oversee tax filings and compliance (income tax, sales tax, withholding tax).
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance the company’s competitive edge.
• Manage working capital, ensuring sufficient liquidity for ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field(CA/CMA finalist preferred).
• Completed Articles from a recognized audit firm (ICAP/ICMAP preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience (for CA/CMA 2-3 years of post articles, construction or real estate sector preferred).
• Strong grip on financial regulations, FBR compliance, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Xero).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
