We’re Hiring | Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist (Hybrid - Onsite)

Onstak Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our team in Lahore.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), expense management, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Handle AP/AR, invoices, payments, receipts, and vendor reconciliations.
• Support payroll processing and expense management.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Support management with financial analysis and accounting-related requirements.

Required Qualifications:
• 4–5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, or Bookkeeping.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with bookkeeping, AP/AR, expense management, and payroll.
• Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record management.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• US accounting experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with US-based companies or international clients is an advantage.
• Zoho Books experience will be preferred.
• Familiarity with international payroll, invoicing, vendor management, and financial reporting is a plus.
