Key Responsibilities

• Close qualified sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and handle objections confidently.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and update customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and QA to improve closing performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Closer or Sales Closer in an international BPO.
• Excellent spoken English(American Accent Proffered) with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience with US/UK campaigns is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in a night shift environment.
