E1 Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Developer with a proven track record of closing projects on platforms such as Freelancer.com and Upwork.com. The ideal candidate will have experience in the freelance marketplace, an ability to build client trust, and a history of consistently bringing in high-quality leads and deals. This role also involves generating leads through email marketing and LinkedIn outreach.
The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for identifying, bidding on, and closing projects on freelance platforms, managing client communication, proposals, and follow-ups. You will also run targeted email campaigns to generate warm leads and leverage LinkedIn to connect with potential clients. Collaboration with internal teams will be essential to ensure proposals align with service capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, bid on, and close projects on Upwork, Freelancer.com, and similar platforms.
Manage client communication, proposals, and follow-ups.
Run targeted email campaigns to generate warm leads.
Use LinkedIn to connect with potential clients and decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with service offerings.
Maintain and update CRM records and reporting dashboards.
Key Requirements:
3+ years of business development experience in the IT/digital services space.
Proven success in closing deals on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
